New Plans Feature
In Titan we currently only have the ability to assign the same cost per device to all the devices in a customer account because the cost per device was configured in the Plan. This makes it difficult for us in cases where users may have video dashcams and regular trackers in the same customer account.
Note: When you create a device you will need to enter the monthly cost. Even if the Plan is billed quarterly or yearly, just remember to always put the monthly cost of the device. This is important because we are working on a Billing system for Titan.
For existing customers we have "mapped" (moved) all device costs that were before on the plan (for example 349 pesos) to the Devices page of each of the customer's devices.
Modifying Monthly Fee
To access this feature, go to the ‘Devices Tab’ and select the ‘Pencil icon’ on the same row of the device that you want to change the monthly fee plan.
Once clicked, you will see the ‘Monthly fee, PHP’ field and you can enter a new value as needed.
Don’t forget to click the ‘Check icon’ to save the changes and you can also view again to confirm that the changes have been applied.
